Nutrition Nurse Course: Training tomorrow’s experts
The role of the Nutrition Nurse Specialist is varied but usually involves facilitating excellent care for people receiving nutritional support. Development of specialist knowledge, skills and evidence-based practice are at the forefront of the role.
This innovative course provides nurses with underpinning knowledge and a range of practical skills in enteral and parenteral nutrition management. A mixed methods approach is taken to teaching including presentation, practical sessions, group discussion and reflective practice.
